Ampharos/Manectric Deck

I am somewhat new to the TCG. I joined at the end of March.

So I am focusing a deck on Ampharos and Manectric. Ampharos scares an opponent from putting down energy out of the hand with electromagnetic wall, and Manectric is the quich way of dealing with Double colorless and much energy in general with energy crush.

I know I have problems with it, but I can't pinpoint it. I want to take away all fighting pokemon, but I don't know what to replace them with. I should add great balls just as an easy way to get evolutions without discarding for an ultra ball, because I have no pull out.

I am thinking of adding Frozen city. That will help build onto ampharos' ability. I'm not sure what else would go well with that. Plasma leafeon?

I made an ampharos deck a while back. This is Pre XY mind you.

It worked really well and was pretty fast and reliable. Though with Lysandre i wouldn't really use Ampharos. I also changed a few random supporters for Shauna just now. I dont think this deck is ideal now with all the new fun tech. But it did work pretty well and is a decent place to start.

First of all, this was a rouge deck to start with, but with the cards in it, it is truly rouge.

Second, I know you are new, and are not an experienced deck builder, but, it is usually a good idea that your Pokemon count dosn't go over your item count.
