    Haven't posted here before ^^

Hello there, I was wondering how to use an animated avatar, like the moving Pokemon Sprites. I have saved one but how do I reduce the size to make it animated as when I upload it, it because stationary. Thanks in advance!

Are you saying that when you upload it it becomes a static image and isn't animated anymore? If that's what's happening then you need to check to see that your image really is animated. And like TS said, you can only really reduce the file size of one of those animated sprites by removing frame (each individual piece of the whole moving picture) with a program like photoshop because you'll need to resave the file as a new .gif file.

if the file is UNDER the file size limits (in mb/kb) and is still not animated, it may be its not the proper image size (height/width in pixels) and is automatically getting resized by the site.

if its the second, then make sure its exactly the same size as your allowed avatar or smaller and uncheck the resize to fit option.
