Animating technique chat,anyone?

    I have recently been animating for a friend, and I just was wondering how other people went about it. I use Paint Tool SAI to animate,what do you use? Plus, I have a question for anyone willing to answer: how do you go about coloring your animations if you use SAI? I have been stuck on this for a while.
