    were would u post an announcement for a new group
     
    The only place you can put it to advertise is in your signature.
     
    Could you elaborate please? We have Forum Clubs and Pokemon Clubs, if that is what you mean by groups. Then you have groups of hackers working on ROMs. I don't think you would really need to post an announcement, but just post the group and you done with it.
