Well, I constructed a new Hopeless Dragon decklist, and I wanted to share it, and see what you guys thought about it. So far its running really well, especially if I get to use my awesome Future Fusion combo ;)
I'll explain everything as I go, so you can see my reasoning for it as well. Hope you like it!

    [40] Total
    [20] Monsters
    [3] Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
    [3] Red-Eyes Wyvern
    [3] Masked Dragon
    [1] Exploder Dragon
    [2] Koa'ki Meiru Drago
    [2] Dodger Dragon
    [2] Totem Dragon
    [1] Yamata Dragon
    [2] Delta Flyer
    [1] Genesis Dragon

Well, you've got the basic REDMD, REW, Totem, Yamata which are brilliant and totally necessary, and then you get the Koa'ki Drago for a very good special summon lockdown. Exploder for getting something out of the way, and Genesis for is a REDMD gets destroyed, you can bring it back ;) Delta Flyer for the Synchros, and it is brilliant as a dragon tuner. Makes the perfect level 8 out of Wyvern or Drago. Masked Dragon is a tad bit obvious, no?

    [10] Spells
    [1] Monster Reborn
    [1] Dark Hole
    [2] Forbidden Lance
    [2] Mystical Space Typhoon
[1] A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
    [1] Future Fusion
    [1] Book of Moon
[1] Burial from a Different Dimension

Some choices here aren't everyone's first choice, for instance running both Future Fusion and Foolish Burial, but it does work very well. Forbidden Lance is a personal favourite, as it provides some excellent defence often. Also, Wingbeat is for Spell Trap Removal (Its almost Heavy Storm) and the staples.

    [10] Traps
    [1] Mirror Force
    [1] Solemn Judgment
    [2] Bottomless Trap Hole
    [1] Torrential Tribute
[2] Seven Tools of the Bandit
    [1] Burst Breath
[2] Solemn Warning [Gold Sarcophagus until I get hold of them]

All Staples. Not much to say here, except the Burst Breath is brilliant in need of some monster removal.

    [15] Extra Deck
    [2] Stardust Dragon
    [2] Black Rose Dragon
    [1] Scrap Dragon
[1] Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
[2] Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    [2] Ally of Justice Catastor
    [1] T.G. Hyper Librarian
    [1] Red Dragon Archfiend
    [1] Trident Dragion
    [1] Iron Chain Dragon
    [1] Thought Ruler Archfiend
    [1] Five God Dragon

I was a bit stuck at first, but remembered the necessaries after a while, including Five God Dragon, and if Future Fusion is successful, well.

So, what do you think? Is it good, bad or just needs a little tweaking?

The first thing I am going to tell you is that your deck is not Hopeless Dragon. A man on Duelist Groundz who goes by the name of Richard Clarke, invented - what is now known throughout the YGO world - Disaster Dragon.

Disaster Dragon is a pure Dragon type deck, whereas Hopeless Dragon tends to run cards like Dark Grepher / Armageddon Knight as well as Phantom of Chaos and The Dark Creator. D.D.R is also a key card in that deck.

    As for your list . . .

I would add in a third Wyvern as it is really clutch to bring REDMD back with it. Drop Exploder Dragon down to one, as I think he works well as a tech choice. You should probably add in a pair of Dodger Dragon as it is extremely good at setting up REDMD plays. Ditch one Prime Material Dragon and Genesis Dragon for them.

Your spells and traps are fine as they are for the most part. Call of the Haunted is a good trap to consider using. Since you have two Totem Dragon, Burial from a Different Dimension should really be used in here. I'll leave it to you to find space for it though.

    So all in all

    - Exploder Dragon
    - Prime Material Dragon
    - Genesis Dragon
    - Something

    + 2 Dodger Dragon
    + Red-Eyes Wyvern
+ Burial from a Different Dimension

(Sorry for not replying earlier) Right, I'm thinking of siding the two Primes, and replacing with two Dodgers, and taking out one exploder for the Wyvern (but may put it back, since two Wyvern does work quite nicely too). I am not sure what to take out for Burial, but I know it's not going to be Genesis. It works so well. You can bring back to your hand a REDMD Destroyed earlier, or even use if first turn with FF and Totem to get it out first turn. So, if you have a recomendation other than Genesis, that would be good. Thanks.

EDIT: I have removed the Foolish Burial for the D.D.B. Did anyone see anything else?

Yeah this is pretty Disaster-y. Hopeless is almost never seen now.

Genesis Dragon is epic toolbox; I'm not sure about how good it is in a tournament-going deck but it is generally a powerful card (as you can recycle tons of stuff with it).

IMO Dodger Dragon is over-hyped and a little overrated; it's good, but not super-amazing - it's just pretty good (as in you are STILL dead to BTH and so on).

When the priority ruling comes in for TCG, then Dodger Dragon would be a bit useless it seems. I'm still considering the options.
