You could swap Victini for a Pokemon with Drought, and swap Sylveon for a something that also benefits from sunlight. I like Leaf Guard Leafeon, but you already have a grass-type.

Hey Ultraviolence, I'm not much of an expert on doubles but I guess I have 2 quick tips, one would be to add Mega Charizard-Y or Ninetales since they have auto drought and don't require a turn of set up, as well as replacing Roserade with Venusaur, Victreebell, or some other Pokemon with the chlorophyll ability, that can take advantage of the sunlight effect with their doubled speed [and they also benefit from growth's boost under the sun]. I'd also put Will O Wisp over Toxic on sableye since I know there's some really strong physical attackers in doubles that are even banned in OU, and it'll be a huge boost to your team to cripple them with the burn status.
