    Hi.
    This is my team.
    Pokemon-Nature-level-moveset
    Servine-Bold-21-Tackle-Leech seed-Leaf Tornado-Wrap
    Ivysaur-Lonely-22-Take Down-Petal Dance-Sludge Bomb-Razor Leaf
    Riolu*-Docile-22-Quick Attack-Force Palm-Endure-Reversal
    Tympole-Hasty-15-Growl-Supersonic-Round-BubbleBeam

    * means shiny.
    Currently at the 3rd gym.

    Do i need any change ?
    Or is this team fine ?
     
    There's not much you can really say at this point. :( You're too early in to really get the good attacks, or TMs, however I will mention that Serperior can learn some good special attacks (and with that nature :x) so you'd be best specialising it in that (aka dropping wrap/tackle as soon as you can and never use them). For Ivysaur, again, special works, so dropping Razor Leaf and Take Down soon would be good. One other point, growl = terrible on Tympole, you're much better with a Pokemon that has Intimidate, so imo you should level up quickly and replace that.

    I do suggest grabbing a ground type at Route 4 though because Tympole is still a while off evolving and you want something else to be able to cover your fire weakness (with the two starters), so maybe get a Sandile or something there, or head back to Pinwheel Forest and get a Throh or a Sawk which will be amazingly useful for you since Black and White loves to throw dark types at you, and fighting > dark.

    Maybe commenting would be more useful if you updated your team again when you get to a higher level (say the elite four or so) then we can give you more detailed help. :)
