ok so i just got the third badge and then i looked in the toen map and it showed iv been through half the places already and in in ign

as you can see the shinoh region is devided by mountions so does that mean their is more places.

let me rephrase that...

does that mean their is another map like in crystel you go onto the lake and go into another map to get the last 8 badges (i think it was crystel,gold and silver..)is it the same in this and you go into another map to get the last 4 badges

please answer this i have wrote this on 2 other threads and both have been spammed and flamed.

Put simply, no. What you see on the Sinnoh map is all there is, with the exception of the two hidden areas, Flower Elysium (Shaymin event) and New Moon Island (Darkrai event).
