Anybody got a gengar or haunter?

I'm on Valarie's gym in my second playthrough of Y, and I need a Haunter to complete my team. Problem: I need it to have the moves Psychic and Dazzling Gleam, but I don't have the TMs. Dazzling Gleam won't be too bad, I get it from Valarie. But... Psychic? I get that after the Elite four...

So can someone help me out here? I have froakie, snorlax, lapras, shiny xerneas, and lucario (with megastone). I can trade you Xerneas or two of the other listed pokemon. (one shiny xerneas or pick two of the others basically)
