it is short but im a dude so yea lol. but i dont think the japenesie (sorry for the spelling) actually meant for her to be like that, i think they just wanted to create another cool anime character. and really does it matter?

Dawn's short skirts doesn't matter or annoy me. I just noticed it when I saw this topic. :\ Every country has different standards and styles.

Even though the developer said it was for eye candy, i'm pretty sure he meant pedos. Even though i'm 5 years older than her, i still see it weird to be attracted to a 10 year old if you are older than 13

I actually wouldn't be surprised if the next gen was all around beaches or something *nosebleed*.

Hoenn was full of water. Quite a few people complained about the amount of surfing involved, so I doubt they'll do it again.
