Anyone remember their very first battle?

My very first battle was my Squirtle vs. my rival's Bulbasaur (I think I named him something immature and derogatory in my very first playthrough...but I can't remember exactly what...)
 
Yes, my first Pokemon game was Gold version. I started off with Chikorita. The first battle was against a wild level 2 Sentret. I remember using Tackle against it until it fainted. It was on route 27 west of New Bark. My first trainer battle was against ??? (Silver) and he had a Cyndaquil. I named him Danny regardless of gender.
 
Yeah, I sure can. :D It was my first Pokemon Game, Ruby, and I started out with Treecko (because Ash had Treecko... lol). And I battled that wild Pokemon that was chasing Prof. Birch.
 
wow i think i can just remembre i was like 6 or 7 and i just got blue so i chose Charmander cos i remembre seeing a Charizard picture and said i want that so i chose the Charmander and had that battle with gary at the start against his Squirtle and i must i kicked it ass
 
Battle in a Gym Pokémon Gold with a Quilava. That Gold was my friend's, though.
 
Erm... though I've had battles with my friends IRL with R/S/E my first online battle was for a tournament on Serebii on my Diamond. Won it with two Pokemon remaining: Infernape and Blissey.
 
my first battle (even though i dont know details since I was 6.5 years old and I'm now 17.5) it was with Gary Oak
