AOL 2.0 for Pocket PC, Not Free?

What? AOL wants to dish out 19.99 dollars for AOL software for the Pocket PC? What a rip off. I paid 21.99 for my AOL Internet software... but they want us to pay more money so we can get online via PDA. I rather use the Internet permission set on ActiveSync instead of buying AOL software and a CF Modem.
