I have an Adamant Shinx 6IV Intimidate, Fire, Ice and Thunder Fang.
And a Shiny Froakie with some IVs. Torrent ability. (I know, it's not very competitive, it was a spit out from breeding a 5-6IV Froakie.)

5IV is fine, if I need to I would just use it to breed a 6IV but it might not be necessary unless I really want a shiny one and have a lot of free time. haha.
