Arbok as a DLC playable fighter Pokémon for Pokkén Tournament DX?

Hey, guys. I just want to know if you think that Arbok will become a playable fighter Pokémon for the next DLC Battle Pack for Pokkén Tournament DX? Because it is known for its Burst Attack that it used to trap around the opponent with its Wrap attack and then use a gigantic splash of Acid attack on them, causing it to collapse onto the ground to their unconsciousness. If not, please let me know why not? Thanks. ;)
