When it comes to power-Arceus
Looks-Mew
Everything-Mewtwo.
If you think about it <intelligent thing> Mewtwo was created by humans, meaning we can add more power or tools to Mewtwo, since we know what fits and how we created. Basically, Arceus might be the god of all pokemon, but he isn't as smart if you investigate Arceus. Mew, well, sadly, I only like Mew because of the positive energy and looks. Mewtwo in Epic, the copy that survived and made a difference. Besides, Arceus can be defeated in a game, which I call god power unbeatable. :P

Arceus because it is the God and transform, Mew close behind because it is adorable and Mewtwo last because it is ugly and a clone of Mew.

Mewtwo. He's got attitude. He beats everyone in the looks department. Mews just annoying, but is kinda cute... Arceus doesn't even qualify as a pokemon in my books -_-
