[Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl] Arceus question with BDSP bonuses

Hi all,
I'm playing arceus almost finished my pokedex and side quests and noticed that there is a pokemon and quests missing because I haven't played BDSP yet, can I come back to the game after completing diamond and still get the bonuses?
