Are there any cards better than Dark Lugia

    if so please tell me. and please tell me some of your favorite cards.
     
    Shadow Lugia, the card you're referring to, is a jumbo card. It means you can't play it in any game legitimately. If it were a normal sized card, however, yes it would be the best card.

    As far as my preferences go, my favorite cards are the base-DP set Infernape, Infernape MD, and Magmortar X.
