Looks like a Chinese Sail Boat (lol). Nice sprites. I do, however, prefer the original one Nintendo produced.

But even though what you have made here is very nice, I wouldn't like Arceus' new forme to look like this, if there will be any, not because it is not good enough, but because I expect it to look different.
