Sure, at the top of the screen click 'User CP' and find, on the left side of the screen 'Edit Siginature.

Then put in [*IMG]IMGAGEURLINHERE[/IMG]
Without the '*'. The image URL is found when you right click the image, and the choose 'properties'.
It will say Location: Then have a URL. Highlight the URL and put it in between the IMG tags.
