Wondering what I can do to make a better Vileplume with Aromatherapy. Here's what I currently have:

    Vileplume@Leftovers
    Nature: +Att, - Sp Att
EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
    Aromatherapy
    Moonlight
    Sludge Bomb
    Sleep Powder

*starts wondering why Bel cannot learn aromatherapy as well*

    Vileplume- [sp.atk or sp.def or def + / atk -] @ leftovers/quick claw
EV: hp, sp.def or def, sp.atk
    -aromatherapy
    -sleep powder
    -giga drain/razor leaf/HP Special
    -HP Special/moonlight

I'm not a fan of splitting up EVs if the Pokemon's natural defenses aren't really high. Vileplume has an average defense, and splitting EVs will probably result in 2HKO regardless. Concentrating the def may change the fact to 3HKO, which is well enough for moonlight to come through by then. Personally I prefer sp.atk as Vileplume just have a higher sp.atk than atk. It'll do more damage naturally. This is one case where STAB may not be necessary due to lack of moveset slots... you may not even want a grass attack at all but HP Dark to hit 2 other predictable tank *cough clopsdol cough*

Breloom can't because it's not stinky enuf :x

Anyways, if you can have sunnyphyll, maybe have that, alongside aroma and moonlight and then run away after you heal all your HP?
