[Map] Arrow when facing down

The arrow appears when you stand on metatiles with the MB_SOUTH_ARROW_WARP behaviour and face down. You should only use those floor tiles for the entrance instead of building the whole map out of them. You can see what metatile behaviours different metatiles have in advance map's tileset editor.
