I think pretty much every Pok?mon he's owned has been male, except for Bayleef and Lapras.

What?! Lapras a girl? It was a boy i think! Laprases have a natural fear of humans and this Lapras was maybe a boy , i think :/

Heracross - male (99.9999 %)
Tauross - 100% male (Taurosses are bulls so they are all males)
Cyndaqiul - ???
Totodile - 99.999999999999% male

Pikachu's definately a male since it held bags for Kasumi on Princess Day or whatever the hell it was called. Waninoko (Totodile) also fell in love with a female Mariruri (Azumarill). Bayleef's definately female, especially when they've pointed out it being possible that it has a crush on Satoshi. Fushigidane (Bulbasaur) appears to definately be male.

I think torkoals a boy meaning that your emoushnal(sp) doesn't mean your a girl.
