An interesting deck i thought could be fun.

    Pokemon: 18

    • 4 Wobbuffett PHF
      4-4-4 Crobat PHF
      1 Mr Mime PLS
      1 Jirachi EX
    Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 37

    • 3 Juniper
      2 N
      2 Colress
      3 Skyla
      3 Pokemon Fan Club
      2 AZ
      1 Lysandre's Trump Card
      4 Super Scoop Up
      4 Ultra Ball
      2 Startling Megaphone
      2 VS Seeker
      1 Scoop Up Cyclone
      1 Professor's Letter
      2 Muscle Band
      2 Silver Bangle
      3 Dimensional Valley
    Energy:

    • 5 Psychic Energy

    Strategy:
Basic Strategy is to evolve Crobat from hand to drop damage counters where i need them. Bring it back to my hand with Scoop Up Cyclone, Super Scoop Up, and AZ to reuse it again.

Wobbuffet sits in the active to prevent any non psychic abilities while doing basically doubling the defending pokemon's damage counters for 1 energy with Dimensional Valley.

With 7 damage counters on the active, 2 Golbat evolution and 1 Crobat, Wobbuffet hits for 70+10 base damage for 150 total and with muscle band it hits for 170, or 180 with silver bangle. Against anything weak to psychic it can hit for 140 with only 4 damage counters on the opponent and a muscle band, knocking out anything with 180 hp.

Either way this deck seems like a fun idea. Though it may be too slow for it to work properly.

I'm not sure if i should try to squeeze in lasers extra damage, since wobbuffet blocks Verdant Wind. Though it doesnt seem to change the math too much since it happens between turns.

    Any thoughts?

I say you should drop an ultra ball and a fan club for two more N. It will help you cycle trough stuff better.

I wouldn't put in lasers since the damage is only worth it with virbank which you don't want since you have dimensional valley.

so this deck is pretty amazing. I suggest anyone who can put it together, to give it a try.

Also no the ultra ball and fanclub are important to get those zubats going.

You'll get more Zubats with 4 N though.

no you wont. N gives me a chance to draw them. Ultra Ball means i get 1 of my pokemon. Fan Club means i can grab 2 Zubat or something. Not have a chance to get a pokemon.

Try it. You'll notice the difference.

I have tried playing 4 N and i hate it. I dont like N at all. Early game it gives my opponents a fresh hand to drop more stuff. Late game it draws me like 1-3 cards which is terrible. N to me is only useful for when you want to drop your opponents hand down to 1-3 cards. Its only a bonus that it gives me 6 cards before i take any prizes.

I have 2 VS Seekers to have additional N if needed and Jirachi as an extra chance to draw into N. But I'm not playing more N. I don't care if the "pros" say 4 N is standard.

I do great with only 2 N in all of my decks. Usually placing 1st or "2nd" in all the local tournaments.

I can see your point. So many times, N just sucks :P
I play all my juniper at first and I am left with the "N", and 2-4 prizes

But I can see how VS Seeker would be awesome using N. You can use him early game if you want cards and minor oppponent disruption, or you can save him for that dire moment to ruin your opponent.

    Shauna > N

VS SEEKER IS THE BEST CARD EVER!!!

Hey man if that's your preference and it works for you then good. You said "Any thoughts?" so I gave my suggestions.

Well i did say that i didn't want to add more Ns. You just didn't leave it alone. So i felt like i had to explain myself further so you understood more of the reason why I dont want to add more N.
