Avatar Help!!!!!!

I went to go and replace my avatar with one i got off the web, but it was too big. so i rummaged up the password to my old 50megs site, and put the pic there. i used the edit tool to make it 129x129 pixels (just to be sure). i went to properties, and sure enough it was 129x129 (my site wasn't just screwed up). I went to replace my current avavtar, and it won't let me. it says its too big. i read the whole 49KB or w/e deal, but my image is 33939 bytes (not sure how to convert). Don't think its too big. so y can't i use my new avatar? hope some1 here can help.

Well, you could crop it a little bit I guess, but what type of file is it?

sorry it took me so long to get back. thanz. here it is:
NOTE: Found the problem, whenever i take it from 50megs, its automatically reformats to the way it origonally was and becomes 640x640 again. if ne1 could help that would be great. Thanz P.K. Hammer, hope that helps. preciate it.

i THINK i have your problem put sandslash on to a word doc. then go to format picture. under the tab size it should have 2 checked boxes that say" lock aspect ratio" and keep relative to size or something like that.... anyway uncheck those boxes and change the H. and W. to whatever you like :D you should have it. PM me if it worked

Ive got it fixed i think i went and put it as my avatar and it works fine...

thanz both u guys- the only prob with the word thing was it didn't work in pixels, just inches. but thanz.

Ok since ya have found the problem and it was fixed all closed this now ^_^
if ya have any more problems with avatars sizing and such just pm me I do avatars all the time
