Avatar problem?

I can't get my avatar to upload or use here and Its the smallest I can get it to be and It still can't be used. Why is this?

Wrong forum and the animation is probally making the image too big to upload or use.

It's becouse the file is too large, it should be 41 kb max but yours is 87 kb.

Its not the literal size in pixels, that is max 130 x 130. Latios means the amount of memory the image takes up. Try saving your avatar on a different format such as GIF, and see if the it works then. ^^

It is? XD My computer didn't show the format type, I just assumed it was something like a BMP.

Er, what image program are you using? If you can, go through, delete every 2nd frame, and then try again. ^_^;
