Question: Avatar won't animate

It's over your permitted dimensions of 130x130, so it's getting automatically resized, given a white background and .jpg extension by the server. Try finding a .gif you like within the limits of 130x130px.
 
Save the image to your computer, right click the file and click properties. The dimensions will be found in there.
 
found it, tried to edit it down in paint, and it changed it to a non-animated pic.

*sigh* Hmmm, ok so can i possibly edit the gif myself somehow without that happening? Or do i have to just keep looking?
 
I'm afraid the best thing to do is keep looking if you're not familiar with creating .gif files. If you're adamant on using it, you could resize the image frame by frame to fit into a 130x130px grid, then animate it with something like Gimp or Photoshop. Then save for web as a .gif. But seriously, a lot of hassle, you might be better off finding something else.
