This thread os about any kind of trading card and the combos you can make with them. I only collect Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but this is for ANY kind of card.

One of my favorite combos to use is to play Bad Reaction to Simochi (healing your opponent is now hurting them) and then playing The Eye of Truth (see your opponent's hand, if there is a spell card in there, heal your opponent 1000 points during their standby phase). This way, you can see your opponents hand, and possibly destroy your opponent in 8 turns if they have spell cards in the hand. My strategy (interestingly inflicting direct damage) half-revolves around BRtS, and so I have a Mask of Darkness (FLIP: take back a trap card from the graveyard) in my deck, too.

here is a real good combo. magic Cylinder, Ring of Destruction, plus either barrel behind the door or Trap of Board Eraser.

When they attack, make them hurt themselves with a magic Cyulinder. Then immediately chain that with a Ring of destruction on the same monster, then activate either Trap or Barrel to do some extra damage. A mean three card combo I pulled just earlier today.

RoD + BBtD = Oldest trick in the book (doesn't stop it from working though >_>)

My deck doesn't really have a lot of combos per se - Enraged Battle Ox + Beserk Gorilla can HURT if the opponent is a defense whore (and doesn't have a freaking Penguin Soldier or Cyber Jar down >_>), and Gaia Power + Axe + Hayabusa Knight is always fun.

The only actual combo my deck has is this: Tribute Exiled Force to destroy an opponent's monster, use Premature Burial to bring him back and sac him again for another instant kill. Wham bam thank you ma'am, two monsters gone. Does use up my Burial though...

    (needs a CotH)

    MTG:
the famed isochron/orim's chant combo (can you say lock down turn 2)
proteus/blinkmoth combo (colossus on turn 4)
march/lattice combo (no lands and a 4/4,6/6 for the rest of the game)
tooth/nail/kokusho (you use tooth and nail twice to get kokusho twice)

Orim combo: usually turn 3 lock tho, but naturalize means pain.

    Anyway, more MtG:

Intruder Alarm with every imaginable creature making machine = inifnite tokens (the new one's kiki jiki)

Vulcan construct + Transmuter + forest abomination = inifnite mana
Pemmin's Aura + Wirewood Channeler = inifnite mana

Wake + decree of justice = game

    Ahhh...sooo many....

    DM:

    Diamond Cutter + Whisking Whirlwind

A more mana-wise way of using Diamond Cut. First make sure to swarm your blockers and creatures (blockers are more recommended for this combo) before Turn 6. On Turn 6 you should have 6 mana down. Cast Whisking Whirldwind. Then follow up with Diamond Cutter. Attack then untap your blockers (that's why they're recommended) and creatures. On your opponent's turn, block. Clever huh? The blockers can attack and block.

What did you say? On turn 5 you can just summon Toel then on Turn 6 use Diamond Cut? I think Whisking Whirlwind is better than Toel. One Whisking Whirlwind is common and Toel is a rare (I think). Two Whisking Whirlwind costs 1 while Toel costs 5. Three Toel can be Hammered/Flamed/Waved/Shot when its summon, whiel nothing stops Whirlwind cos its a spell.

    YGO:

The Bistro Butcher + Card Destruction

I don't know if all of you know it, but make The Bistro Butcher attack (but make sure it doesn't die) then activate Card Destruction.

Here's a super-ultra-fabulous combo from the old days (like back in planeshift days):

Squee + Survival of the fittest = who wants a piece of me?

Oath of Druids => single card super combo! esp cool with orchard and the haste red creature that's */* for # of sorceries in graveyard.

    Too many...combos....

    Oh btw, some ruling jumbles:

Mirror Gallery + 2 Krark's Thumb => Flip 3? But doesn't that mean you can continuously replace coin flips with 2 flips from the other guy (mainly because you have to) and causing the game to end in a draw? Or do you just pick the one heads to get it? Hell do you get just nothing from it? WTF?

Titania's Song + Mycocyth Lattice => Okay so everything's an artifact, then titania's song's an artifact, disabling all abilities, but then by disabling abilities the lattice stops working and the song would be back as an enchantment, thus repeating the cycle? wtf?
