    I heard that in the English dub of the episode gotta catch a roggenrola Ash Ketchum or somebody swears or says a minor curse word.

    What exactly was said?
     
    I'm not entirely sure this information can be given (because I'm not sure what word it is) and if it's really bad it can't be mentioned on PC (aka you'll need to Google the answer), but either way, your question belongs in Pokemon Anime's Simple Questions since this section is only for the Black and White games.
