I like the rabbit....uh.....what's-'is-name U^_^....

But anyway, from the commercial...It looks REALLLLLLY well animated like it was released in the movies o.o....Which makes me want it even more! ^^

Like most Disney DtVs, this is going to suck...no idea how you can even work a story around this.

Well, anyway, I've already read the review, I've seen the commercial, and I don't think it's going to come out quite right. Too kiddy for my taste.
The original was very nice in terms of action, romance, and emotion.

If you go back and actually watch the original, you'll see what I mean.

Exactly what I thought. A kiddy sequel that doesn't appeal to everyone.
The original was family-oriented, and now this just seems more kid-oriented.

That's the problem with Disney sequels - they make they so kid-friendly, that older folks can no longer stand them. It's like we can't show themes of death or sadness anymore. >_>

I must say, the original Bambi is the greatest movie ever <333 But Disney doesn't allways make the best sequels >.>

Didn't Bambi Jr. have a sister? I remember the ending to the first Bambi movie ended with Filipe and Bambi Sr. having two fawns, one female, and one male.

Is his sister even shown here? If she isn't, they must've forgotten about "continuity."

Oh, and I also remember that Flower (the skunk) named his son Bambi.
Wouldn't it get confusing when Bambi Sr. and Flower have their kids with the same names?

Also, I remember something about this movie saying that Thumper also named his son Thumper. Although in the original, he named his son Hopper, I think.

Still, WTF? o_O
That's sorta confusing...

I don't remember Bambi having a sister in the book...It was Feline who had a sibling. And he got shot by a hunter ;<

And in the book Thumper wasn't there 0.0 There was a bunny, but she got shot as well. ;-;

They take an otherwise good movie and not 'leave it alone', no...they gotta cash in on it as much as possible. 'The Emperor's New School' is the movie with the plot slightly altered. Let's send Disney a note:

Your movies don't have sequel-making ability.

I saw a trailer for this the other day. I personally think that it'll ruin it. The original was good, but when they usually come out with a sequal years later it usually ruins it.

Toy Story 2 was way better than the first, Lion King 2, while not as good as the first was the DtV that made the most money, ever.

Lion King II was good, but still, as you said, just didn't match up. I'm not gonna say that the movies weren't good, I just don't think that most of them weren't as good as their predecessors. And I've never seen Toy Story 2, by the way. Dunno why I never got that one. o_O;[/SIZE]

Mulan 2 was pretty good, so I wouldn't mind a third one. I'd hate a second fox and the hound movie, it's like one of the first movies I ever saw and there's just no way you can make a second one. Tinkerbelle...don't know why so many were ordered, same with Treasure Planet, the movie bombed at the box office.

Zonic: Bambi 2 is a movie that's about Bambi living with and growing up with his father. I seen the comercials of this movie,I liked how much cooler they made Bambi,Thumper, and Flower. They seem so much more livelier now.

Mulan 2 was pretty good, so I wouldn't mind a third one. I'd hate a second fox and the hound movie, it's like one of the first movies I ever saw and there's just no way you can make a second one. Everything with a star doesn't exist, according to IMDB. So unless you got that from an official source, they're fake. But it's a bad list even with those ones gone. Even just one would make it a bad list.

Yeah, my sister wants it. (She is 16.) She only wants it because when we were little, we watched Bambi al the time. And thus making her a fan. I guess if she gets it, I will watch it just to see.

Please, please, please tell me that's all a lie. ;_; Disney sequels are usually really bad, and most of those movies don't even end in a way that a sequel should be possible. O.o; All I have to say to that list is... why? Fox and the Hound and Oliver and Company are two of my favorite Disney movies. At least, Aristocats isn't on there. <3

The only Disney sequels I've seen and liked were Toy Story 2 (but that was Disney/Pixar, so...), The Rescuers Down Under, and the Aladdin sequels weren't too bad. But I refuse to watch the more recent ones... especially ones like Bambi II...
