    This is a question about the PC banner.
    What size is it to fit all windows? O.o
     
    Sorry, I got it confused. Hold on. It changes with the skin, ne? Midnight Misty's is bigger than Haruka's Happiness, isn't it?

    Are you trying to ask how the banner is designed to work on all screen resolutions?
     
    544 x 180.

    You could've simply right clicked it and checked the properties for yourself. Would've saved you a lot of time.
