Instead of saying the Long "O meu Nome ? ______" You could say Chamo-me ______ isntead, which means "call me".. it's easier to remember and faster to respond to :)

You could also say "Chamo-Me ______"

It isn't "Onde ? o Castrainer" but "Onde est? o Castrainer" because Be=Ser/Estar and "Meu nome ?" means the same thing than "O meu nome ?" at least in Brazilian Portuguese... and you can say just your name istead of make a phrase. And, at least in Brazil, we use more "Me chamo" than "Chamo-me" what means "I'm called"... I think...
