    I read on serebii.net that you have to defeat 21 trainers (1vs1). It doesn't say whether its open level or lv50. To make the battle champion Noland appear do you have to beat 21 trainers in lv50 or open level?

    so then how does nolan appear, I beat seven trainers in a row at lv50 three times so thats 21, and nolan doesn't appear?

    Can someone help?
