Can anyone help me how to get a good team for battle frontier in emerld? Also if you know how many times it takes to get the symbols?

That really depends on what resources you have. Can you only use RSE Pokemon, or do you have access to FRLG Pokemon?

Anyway, on to the symbols:

Frontier Brain: Factory Head Noland

Breloom is good for "Team Captain" and Physical Sweeper/Drainer
Milotic will work as Special Sweeper, then i don't know.
Still trying to find a Third...

Gardevoir. One of the best Psychic-types in the game, it has great stats, and an ever better moveset. The only reason I haven't used one lately is that I'm experimenting with different Pokemon each time I start a new game. It is a really great Pokemon, though, so I definitly recommend one for your team.
