what i mean by you powerplaying is that you control the char at all, so if you jsut said i *tried to freeze her" or "the attack went straight towards her *barely* giving her time to dodge it (it hints you r trying to hit her, and they have to type well to make it miss and make sense, but its not cheating b/c the *barely* or *tried to parts make it so its not powerplaying w/o still trying to be forceful)
well as long as no1 else is in the ocean then go ahead, and if there is its not too fair if u do the freezing thing...
IC: i flew down and used dragon breathe to melt the ice... i knew attacking her would make me get double-teamed so iflew up and *atempted* to finish her offf
YOU DONT HAVE TO use * just my examples to give u more understanding

I sat at the top of my tower, shaking furiously. She escpaed! i cant even
control my powers enough! i thought angrily. You have to focus ray you gotta! I knew it would take energy...and even my own life.... but i must. i wil train with what little time i have,,,,
 
i had my own back for now, just as i was about to hit rayquaza she telported away... i got a telepathic message from the scientists... they said she has a towerguarded by ghost pokemon, i said" ill jsut fly over them, they said "wait we'll send you our pokemon to help!" Natu and Noctowl both came to my aid as they flew towards the tower with me, my psy type friends would help combat the evilk ghost types, while I combat rayquaza... within minutes I got there but the other 2 had already teleported there making sure to keep me safe... I saw rayquaza and charged with my sky attack, using ancient power to attack, and protect me while i stored my energy to use my ultimate attack, all while powering-up m hyperbeam secretly as I had my mouth closed...
 
My 2 friends saw the blizzard coming with their psy ability and teleported infront of it, and used psy to reidirect it to articuno, they were too motivated to give or or be intimidated... they had knocked out all the ghost pokemon and there were only 2 of them... they then teleported behind articuno and used sky attack... already powered-up from before...
 
IC: *jumps out of water* what the? *looks at leg* oh no my legs frozein (sp)
*i tryed to pull and cut my way out but i couldn't* thats it! *used hydro pump to unfreeze my leg* yes it worked! *runs back to the island*
 
Um kirby? not to complain but uh.... its kinda 7857458932745 against one ^^; where are the legends! lol!

Geez, i thought. do they REALLY think that those ghost pokemon serve me?. I laughed at the thought. Well besides, i told myself. They cant hurt me while i am inside this building.....
 
OOC: i cant make other people join, but you can say you have a few ghost pokemon as friends that survived the attack... plus you and me are battling no1 else is in the way except sum1 on your team...
IC: the 2 birds released their power as they flewright at articuno, the fiction increased and they flew faster using psy to move them through the air... they werent weak or scared, the scientists trained them to their peek...
