    Hello. I've been looking for a battle recently, and I have a new-ish team that I really want to test out.

    Standard fare in competitive circles. Certain experts believe that it's a combination that biases strategies too far in favour of weather tactics. Or... something.
     
    awh thats retarded... what about rain dance + swift swim, thats still legal right?
