    These are the three pokes Im thinking of, Im going for max type coverage pretty much, dont try and change my evs because thats how I want them, advice on items/natures/movesets are welcome thanks

    Yes, Miltank is amazing with that superpowerful special attack of 40. Every Miltank should learn Thunderbolt. WTF? Use Return, and/or Thunder wave/Toxic.

    Battle tower rips through this team pretty easy. No Ice attacks in battle tower is bad. Ice Beam on Absol doesn't count as it will do the same amount of damage of a Lv100 Magikarp's Splash.

    I really don't see this team even beating Palmer's Milotic, to be honest.
     
    Having no Ice attacks isn't necessarily bad... I got to 58 wins without an Ice attack...
     
    Ok seeing its so bad what are you suggestions, and i do realise that about the Evs thats what I chose to do jeeze
     
    Well seeing as how you put Tbolt and Ice Beam on otherwise Physical attackers, why not get yourself a proper Boltbeamer (Lanturn is a good choice if you don't like OU, it's one of the only pokemon to resist the boltbeam combo [the other being Magnezone])
     
    There is nothing wrong with Ice beam on absol at all, She just needs to put more EV's in to special attack and take some away from attack. I use absol with ice beam and it KILLS dragon leads. So seriously give it a go
     
    An Ice Beam from an Adamant Absol with 252 satk evs does 96%-100% damage on a Salamence with 0 HP and Def EVs. Not to mention that there aren't really Dragon leads in battle tower, nor will Absol be outspeeding any Dragons. And with absol's defenses, I doubt he'd survive a STABed Draco Meteor.
