dude I think you're gliscor is hacked there is no way it can outrun weavile and jolteon

It has max speed for a Gliscor at 317. It's legal. I bred it with 31 IV in speed, 252 EV, and Jolly. So check your Jolteon and Weaville stats. They must be lower than 317 at lvl 100.

Did you try using Fake Out twice or something? Or it could be a result of Fake Out, like user must go second the next turn. If you want, I can log on again and you can try using a regular attack with Weaville on Gliscor.
EDIT: Is your Weavile at 100? Cause that's the only way to know it's speed for sure.

Well, we can still do lvl 100 battle just to check the speed of your weavile. I don't want people going away from battles thinking they have been cheated...

You need to breed your pokes if you want decent stats. And I guess you didn't EV trained in speed either?
