    If this is uber, it fails, due to the lack of ubers.
    If it's OU, scrap Kyogre for a special sweeper since you dont have one. Also, refine your EVs. If you kn ow how to EV the you'll know EVs should be divisible by four, which yours are not in several places. Also, do we really need to know where those last two pointless EVs have been put?
    So yeah, get rid of kyogre and sort the EVs out. Gaps between each poke also break up this wall of text and make it easier to read :)
     
    I don't understand the concept of the team. It looks like you've taken 1 very powerful Uber, made it weak and tried to throw it into an OU team. Not working for you. If you want an Uber team, add in at least 3 or 4 more Ubers and change around the moveset. My UT Kyogre could take that down with ease. Personally I don't CM Ubers as they don't need it but meh, the Nature isn't all that right either. You should run a Relaxed nature and base it around that.
     
    O.o one Uber Pokemon in an Uber team?

    I think you should change that Lindsay Lohan thing for something else, like a Gyarados, and fix some movesets and you will have an 'decent' Ou team.
