[Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl] BD/SP Celebi and Deoxys events and how it'd work, and ideas for future updates.

Celebi event: Would take place in Celestic Town. right at the Ilex Shrine thing (or the thing identical to that). Mystery gift containing GS ball, players would go to this "Ilex Shrine", and interact with it after obtaining the GS ball mystery gift. One among few BD/SP mythical pokemon, I believe that Celebi should be SHINY LOCKED unlike the others. Along with this event, should come a new BD/SP update that doesn't ban hacked/duped pokemon while online - we already saw that - but completely DELETES them from PC boxes, and also prevents further pokemon from being hacked in. any pokemon hacked in are instantly deleted, as if they never existed to begin with. I only want the Celebi in this POSSIBLE event to be shiny locked because really there's enough people showing hacked shiny celebis online right now as it is. But it doesn't have to be shiny locked, thats just what I think it should be.

Deoxys event: Would take place either at Spear Pillar or have some type of involvement with the meteorites on the south-east corner of Veilstone City -- OR BOTH. Spear pillar kinda does make a little sense for a deoxys event, since Deoxys came from space technically and Spear Pillar is the highest place in sinnoh. And, just like Celebi, I think Deoxys should also be shiny locked. and for the same reason as Celebi. yep, people showing hacked shiny Deoxys off in global link rooms. I made the stupid mistake of trading my shiny hitmonchan for one of them hacked shiny deoxys too. Realizing it was hacked and banned online after not being able to battle with it i released it, no second thought. So, please don't start slamming me in the comments for speaking my opinion that these two possible future event mythical pokemon should be shiny locked. Disagree all you want, doesn't mean slam me in the comments.

I think it more likely that, in the event that these DO happen somehow, they'll be NPCs in specific locations that just give them to you if you have Scarlet/Violet save files, much the same way that Mew and Jirachi were added to the games. Perhaps if we do get Let's Go Johto titles, Celebi could be tied to those, and Deoxys could be tied to Scarlet/Violet.

Nice as it would be, it's unlikely that they would bother to add proper events to the games.

I wouldn't mind an event for them, but with Home compatibility upcoming, I kinda doubt it. Both are currently catchable on the 3DS too.
At best we'd get a Mystery Gift event where they just give them.

Fighting Deoxys at Spear Pillar kinda makes sense. I associate Celebi more with forests though, even if there is no shrine in Eterna Forest I'd prefer to fight/catch it there if they do do an an actual event for it.
