[General] BDSP Ralts & Eevee?

Local Pokémon trainer Goomba here.

I am really wanting to have a Ralts or Eevee in my possession before i obtain the National Pokédex. So i can hopefully evolve it into Gallade or the latter into Flareon or Vaporeon.

If its even allowed at all that is.

Dunno how far in the game you are, but I'd like a Stunky if possible.
