    What pokemon should i get to beat him?
    My current team =

    Lvl 76 Typhlosion
    Lvl 46 Lugia
    Lvl 44 Pigeot
    Lvl 41 Gyarados
    Lvl 37 Lapras
    Lvl 35 Jynx

    None of my team can hurt his dragonite at all... What should i use/do?
     
    Grind more, and make sure to utilize those ice moves in a smart way.
     
    Level up that Jynx a lot more, could be useful aslong as it has some Ice type moves and can withstand some of his attacks.
     
    The above posters pretty gave you the advice I think most people would, including myself. Anyway, so far in-game teams aren't allowed here, so I'm just going to have to put a lock on this. But like said, the best thing to do is just grind up some more levels. You have a really decent team.
