well me personally i always just catch my poke with the natures Bashful, Docile, Hardy, Quirky and Serious just to be on the safe side but after lookin at their stats maxed out at lv. 100 they come up short of the other webpages "official" max stats and thats because i found the pokerus without using a code and still.....is this my fault or are the webpages wrong???

You'll never get maxed stats without risking another. Thats the way you must utilize a pokemon, their nature, and moveset

so u mean if a pokemon has great attack and learns good physical attacks but is slow or had crappy defense ajust is nature to where his speed and defense rise quicker and just sacrifice special stats or maybe even attack if he already has like 350 attack power

oh yea cant 4get personality...but what are these IV's and i think ive seen EV's too...what are the short for??

individual value like by itself and effort value included in a team or....???

The natures page lists two stats next to each nature. The one under "Raises" can max at the "Beneficial" cap, while the one under "Lowers" can potentially reach the "Hindering" cap, but won't, since it's a stat you won't be using, if you breed properly for natures.
