I am going to assume you are going to use this on a Feebas so the best and most common berry to use would be a Wiki Berry.

when I used wiki berries they never worked for me. I used Pamtre berries and they worked for me

Pamtre are the best, but Wiki are more common. For some reason, I get Wikis alot as Pal Park prizes.
