Best gen 2 Pokemon hatch

I've only hatched one Gen 2 Pokemon so far, not including the baby Pokemon.

I hatched a Slugma it wasn't special though it was a new Pokemon. I have a feeling I'll have to get most gen 2 Pokemon from eggs.
