Froslass's biggest asset its its speed, so go with Timid Nature.

Choice Specs is always a good option with Timid, makes up for her 80 Base Sp.Attack

You might wanna capitalize Pop and separate 13 for warrior...if you're gonna quote me
Froslass can't reallt take a hit, so it might be more of a hit-and-run type poke. But it is lots of fun to nail pokemon coming in on the switch with shadow ball and IB.

That's the Froslass I used. It works. I used focus sash.
Here's an important thing to know though, Froslass can't OHKO Bulkydos with tbolt without life orb.
Focus sash can be amazing against scarfchomp though (even if there's a sandstorm going on).
