Best of Pokemon Adventures Red

    I noticed that there are two mangas both with the same name: Best of Pokemon Adventures Red (Vol 1).

    One is published by Viz Media in Oct 2006 (and has a red cover). The other is published by Viz Media in July 2000 and is subtitled "Desperado Pikachu" (and has a blue cover).

    Are they both the same collection?
