Well, you haven't specified whether this is ingame or competitive. But judging by the post and the point you are in the game, I'll assume it's competitive.
For the Tapus, Tapu Bulu seems to be the best Tapu so far because it can hit really hard and few Pokemon can resist it, let alone switch in on a STAB Wood Hammer, so you may want to consider investing in that. As for UBs, Pheromosa has been banned thanks to its insane coverage and stats but paper-thin defenses, but if you're playing OU, consider Celesteela or Nihilego. The former has balanced stats and you can make it whatever you want, whether it's a wall or a sweeper, while the latter functions as an effective suicide lead.
