3rd Gen Best Possible Sapphire Team?

    Basically I want to complete the level 100 Battle tower, and get the golden shield, and all of the other prizes, I got a streak of 49 recently, but then sadly got beat.

    I need the best possible team (excluding legendaries). I can get any Pokémon, and it can learn any move (that they can learn).

    So could somebody give me some lineups :P?
