Whats the easiest way to get the Highest Stats

    •Take a Pikachu for example, you have to use a Stone to evolve it

    Evolving a Pokemon early doesn't affect its stats at all. It just affects what levels it can learn certain moves. Also, EV training is the best only way to get Pokemon to its highest stats. Proper manipulation of a Pokemon's nature and their IVs (unchangeable factors that affect stats; are determined at capture or receiving an egg and cannot be changed; can be manipulated via IV breeding).
     
    well from what i know you can get high stats if you do Ev Training and well yeah lol my answer is close to jigglypuff8 sry lol
