4th Gen best ways to find shinys?

I've heard of using the pokeradar and going to shiny bushes but i've been doing that for the past 2 hours is there any better or different way?

I dunno. I would assume that the pokeradar is the best tool for finding them but there may be easier ways. If there are, I haven't heard of them.
